fastest for the 200m Semi Finals.
Chris Williams of Jamaica is proving he's the one to catch, after finishing strongly in his second-round heat of the 200m, with a time of 20.48.
Stephen Buckland from Mauritius, the second fastest qualifier from round 1, was once again in the same heat as Williams and was the second fastest qualifier for the Semi Finals.
Jamaican Omar Brown won his heat in 20.54 and Enefiok Udo-obong of Jamaica was first across the line in his race with a time 20.76.
Australia's Patrick Johnson qualified in fourth spot, winning his heat in 20.64.
The top three runners from each of the four heats qualified automatically for the Semi Finals, with the next four fastest also going through.
The 16 qualifiers have times that are between 20.24 and 21.04 seconds.
The Semi Finals and Final will be decided tomorrow, Day 8, with Track and Field competition running until 25 March.
