Other Christopher began bowling at the age of 10 at the Niagara Falls Lawn Bowling Club, having spent his childhood watching his Grandpa and other family members playing.

He was four-time Ontario Junior Champion and has made the national team in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.

He was Provincial Champion in the fours in 2004.

Christopher's personal best is an Asia Pacific silver medal in 2001. His most memorable sporting achievement was entering the stadium at the 2002 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Manchester.

His personal goal for the Melbourne Commonwealth Games is to win a gold medal. Beyond Melbourne he wants to compete at the 2008 World Bowls in New Zealand.
