The Office of Commonwealth Games is operating a CCTV network for Public Safety and Security matters pertaining to the Commonwealth Games. The use of this footage will be subject to the existing Confidentiality and Privacy Act requirements from Commonwealth and State Legislation. Access to information under the Information Privacy Act will be subject to the usual applications under the DVC Freedom Of Information.
