Waterfront City

Waterfront
City
- Official Live Site

Only five minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, Waterfront City offers public spaces right at the water’s edge with restaurants, bars and cafes, innovative office space and cutting edge retail, all surrounded by the latest in residential design and amenities.

Waterfront City is proud to be the home of all the thrills and entertainment of the Games as live sporting events are constantly screened on two giant LED screens in the public piazza. Enjoy the entertainment and keep your eyes peeled for some of the world’s top athletes relaxing on site!

Waterfront City, a brand new destination in Melbourne Docklands undertaken by ING Real Estate Development Australia, is proud to be the Official Live Site for the Docklands Precinct during the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and host of the final community celebration for the Queen’s Baton Relay before it enters the MCG for the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony on Wednesday 15 March.
