Paul Kelly & the Boon Companions

Paul Kelly & the Boon Companions From Australia

"Paul Kelly has worked his way from independent pub rocker, through songwriting legend and into Australia’s cultural psyche." Herald Sun

Who better to provide the lead-in to the Closing Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games than Australia's favourite singer, songwriter and poet; Melbourne's very own Paul Kelly? Join Paul and the Boon Companions in the Alexandra Gardens when they open their particular window into the Australian psyche with a set of Paul's famously poignant songs. And stay after to watch the Closing Ceremony of the Games from the massive live screen in the Gardens, followed by a closing performance from Deborah Conway.
