The Dream Engine - Conedancers

Conedancers - The Dream EngineFrom England

A maypole dance for the 21st century

Two aerialists bathed in music and light perform a passionate duet in and around an eight-metre high inflatable cone. Conedancers begins with a boy and girl caught in a ritualised folkdance halfway up the side of the cone. As they become carried away by their passion, conventions fall away in a game of chase and longing. Acrobatic and upbeat, passionate and moving, Conedancers is a spectacular performance of suspended choreography, performed by amazing British aerial company The Dream Engine.
