2. Entry is open to residents of Victoria, except the paid employees of Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Corporation (“the Promoter”) and all Commonwealth Games bodies, and the immediate family of those persons are ineligible to enter.

To enter the prize draw, you must send the promotional coupon from the January 2006 volunteer lift out in The Age newspaper published on 28 January 2006 to: Swimming Competition, Locked Bag 4007, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The promotional coupon must be received by the Promoter by midday EST Friday 17 February 2006.
4. The promotion commences at 9am EST on Saturday 28 January 2006 and closes at midnight EST Friday 17 February 2006.
5. There is one prize consisting of four Price Level B tickets to the Swimming finals on the evening of 19 March for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Twenty runners up winners will also receive a limited edition collectable pin set from the official Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games pin collectable products range. No travel costs will be incurred by the Promoter. The total prize pool retail value is $1480.
6. The prize will be drawn on 20 February 2006 at the Melbourne 2006 head offices and the winner will be contacted within two days of the draw. Their details will be published on the Melbourne 2006 website on 24 February 2006. The winner may also be approached to fulfil some publicity in relation to the prize and/or the Games.
7. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Use of the tickets in the prize is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to those tickets, in particular the conditions of Attendance which can be found at the website www.melbourne2006.com.au.
9. In the event that any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize which in the Promoter’s sole opinion is of equal or greater value.
